International athlete Rhona Shepherd has now established herself in the business world as an innovative communications coach and Pharos Management and Leadership coach. Coaching has been an essential element in Rhona’s sporting and sales careers and she now utilises this and all her business experience as a professional business coach and consultant. She works the senior management teams of SMEs in Scotland to make a tangible improvement in their bottom line.
Some of the sectors Rhona works with frequently include legal, technology, hospitality, engineering and public sector. Her coaching approach combines personal development techniques with experience in elite level sport, strategy, people management, sales and marketing and the implementation of internal communication programmes, to enhance clients' individual and collective effectiveness.
Rhona has lived and worked in Edinburgh ever since leaving Thurso for university life at Moray House College where she gained a BA Recreation – ‘leisure management’ for the uninitiated!
