It has become a truism, but it is still the case that people are the most precious asset of any organisation. In these challenging times it is even more important for companies to get the very best from its staff. David is passionate about developing individuals and teams to their true potential, and in leadership positions has had the privilege to coach team members to succeed and excel in their jobs over many years. David never ceases to be amazed at what people will achieve if they have the tools, environment and proactive support.
David believes that everyone has the potential to reap high personal rewards from coaching, and that this is a powerful intervention in anyone’s career no matter of the size of company or level of seniority. In particular those people who have risen through the company ranks as a result of their ability to get things done, but who may not have had the opportunity or support to fully develop their leadership skills.
Prior to training as an executive coach, David spent over 20 years in the chemicals industry, entered the industry after graduating with a PhD from University College, London. David has enjoyed a diverse career in both blue chip and SME environments in Europe and the Far East.
