Trevor Grantham has over 20 years business consulting experience working within consulting practices, as internal business consultant for companies such as GE (USA) and ICL and as an independent consultant. Prior to this Trevor held several senior management positions.
Coaching has always played a key part in both the consulting and management roles. Coaching experience has included teams, senior managers, business owners and many more.
His clients often describe him as “best in class” for his workmanlike ability to make potentially complex attitude and behavioural topics understandable.
Trevor believes coaching is driven by the needs of the client. It is about assisting people to achieve their full potential, with a focus on what they want to achieve now and in the future. It is a partnership between the coach and the client.
