Catherine Orton has a highly successful background in international senior management, having worked with blue chip FMCG companies over 15 years. This has provided her with considerable experience and expertise across the key areas of business, including strategy development, project management, finance, training and development and coaching.
Having worked in three continents, Europe, America and the Far East, Catherine has developed a good insight into many different cultures and a thorough understanding of how to do business effectively in these markets. Since training as a coach in 2000, Catherine has called upon all of this previous experience and the skills she has acquired in working with a range of client organisations, where she has been instrumental in the successful introduction of mentoring and coaching programmes.
