David Bredin advises small and medium sized businesses and specialises in coaching and leadership development. In the last year alone he delivered more than 100 hours of one-to-one coaching. In doing so, he draws on more than 30 year’s experience in personnel management in the military, public relations, communication, marketing and consultancy sectors.
David has operated at all levels in business, including the most senior and across cultural and international boundaries. His experience encompasses stress management, training and development, change management and campaign set-ups, he has conducted government level negotiations in the Far East and been involved in numerous television and radio interviews and debates. Currently, he is training to become a Justice of the Peace.
An excellent communicator and listener, caring and approachable, David helps managers sharpen their focus, adopt a positive, forward thinking approach and address the issues that degrade decision-making.
