Jacky is a founder of Pharos Performance. She originally qualified in rehabilitation nursing before moving into healthcare management and a spell as Chief Executive at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
As well as her active coaching role, Jacky is Chair of the Pharos Performance Quality Assurance Board and supports all associate coaches to develop best practice within the established Pharos framework.
Jacky has a special interest in people who, as technical experts, are making the transition to leadership roles, in particular project leadership. Her other specialist area is working with people in conflict at work.
