PHAROS PERFORMANCE LAUNCHES IN IRELAND WITH FORMER FAI MAN O’BYRNE AT THE HELM
International executive coaching and leadership development company Pharos Performance has launched in Ireland, with former FAI Chief Executive Bernard O’Byrne at the helm. Pharos Performance Ireland delivers management and leadership development programmes to fast-track and recently promoted managers, using coaching techniques. Refined over fifteen years, Pharos Leadership Development Programmes are widely recognised in the UK and Far East, with the Australian launch planned to take place later this year.
Becoming the champion of leadership development in Irish industry is a role that sits easily with O’Byrne and his team, who hail from such diverse backgrounds as advertising, engineering, financial services, marketing, operations and sales. All have held senior management roles within their chosen profession, and recognise and understand the issues and stresses facing managers responsible for delivering results.
