Think Differently, work differently

Working with pharos

There are a great many coaches and coaching organisations in the UK and beyond. Some are excellent and some average in their performance. From a client’s viewpoint, selecting a coaching programme that is going to deliver profound and lasting change to peoples’ business performance is likely to be challenging.

We have remained mindful of that and acknowledge that those in business want to see positive self-sustaining change in their leaders’ performance that will make an impact on performance and effectiveness, not just a temporary ‘feel-good’ factor that will make their people ‘happy’.

We have also listened to other coaches and, in particular, what they feel is missing in their own armoury and delivery. Surprisingly, we have discovered that what both our clients and other coaches really want is coaching structure!

The Pharos programmes offer many advantages. However, the one that over-rides all others is that each of our coaching programmes has a process – an exciting journey of exploration of the business traditions, methods and habits that hold key people in the past and limits their personal growth and the growth of their businesses.

We have developed three structured, yet customised, coaching programmes that are designed to address the needs of leaders and managers in business of all sizes, from the MD of a small firm to the CEO of an international blue-chip.

Of course, excellent results can only be achieved by a combination of two important factors. Firstly a robust coaching programme that works! Secondly, the people who deliver the coaching need to have the background, credibility and expertise to be a respected catalyst for change. In Pharos we have both. Our coaching programmes have achieved outstanding results in businesses of all sizes, and in all corners of the globe, and our coaches all have a sound business background of high achievement. Each Pharos coach goes through an intense training programme recognised by the Association for Coaching, and then commits to a programme of continuous learning to keep up to date with modern and developing coaching techniques.
